Pumpkin Pie

A holiday favourite, creamy and delectable, Pumpkin Pie!

 1 ½ cups Pumpkin, canned or baked and cooled
 ¼ cup White Sugar
 ¼ cup Brown Sugar
 1 tsp Ground Ginger
 ½ tsp Ground Nutmeg
 ½ tsp Ground Clove
 ½ tsp Cardamom
 1 ¼ tsp Cinnamon
 ¼ tsp Vanilla extract flavour
 3 Eggs
 ¾ cup Evaporated Milk
 ½ cup Milk
 1 Pastry Pie shell

Preheat oven to 450F and have a party lined pie pan prepped.

Mix pumpkin, sugars and spices together in one large bowl. Then blend together egg and milks.

Combine the two bowls and pour into 10" pastry lined pie pan. Bake for 10 min at 450 then turn down to 325F for 50 more min or until knife comes out clean when dipped in centre.
